Road Trip

Sophia and I drove out to Kelowna with my parents (their vehicle has a DVD player in it). It was about a 7.5 hour drive and Sophia was really well behaved. As long as she was occupied with something she stayed happy and only managed to sleep for about an hour.
We listened to the Doodlebops and 101 Dalmatians DVDs. We heard the beginning of the Doodlebops so many times I think we can all recite it now!

It must have been a good part:)

We stopped for lunch at a little rest stop called Craigellachie (about halfway between Revelstoke and Sicamous on the Trans Canada Highway). It is also known as "The Last Spike" as this is where the last spike was driven into the ground to connect, via railway, the eastern sea to the western sea.
