A couple of weekends ago, Sophia got to participate in a program called 'My First Ride' which gives kindergarten kids a chance to ride a school bus before the start of school. She was very excited to be going and kept asking if she was 5 yet (I had previously told her she can't ride the school bus until she is 5). I'm not sure if the bus ride was the highlight or the little gift bag that all the kids got at the end of it. Either way, the big smile shows that she had a great time and cannot wait to start taking the school bus in September. The bigger question, am I ready for her to go?
